Binary God website October 2015 update
Autumn is here, and with it comes the ghosts, goblins, harvest, and feasts. It also brings your October 2015 BinaryGod update.
New Artwork for Sale
Just like August, September was another busy month for client projects, which means I don’t have any new large-scale caricatures for sale. I do hope to finish my Big Lebowski series soon; I’m working on drawings of Jeff Bridges’ “The Dude” and John Turturro’s “The Jesus.” (I’ve already completed John Goodman as Walter and Julianne Moore as Maude. Visit my Artwork section to see those finished pieces.) If you’d like to hire me, (click here to get a caricature of your favorite celebrity, or here to get a caricature of yourself or a loved one. My parents were in town last month, so I have a few new photographic prints/phone cases for sale. The first is a photo of Battleship USS Iowa, which you can visit in San Pedro, California. The second was taken at the Mission at San Juan Capistrano. I’ll go through my photos and see if any others are good enough for sale.
These photos are available on phone cases, laptop cases, and more.
Top sellers for September 2015
My top seller for September was my TMNT inspired cartoon called Four Humors. I sold this design on tees and a on couple of duvet covers. Second place was my Stephen King inspired They Float, Georgie. This was mostly phone cases and tote bags. I started my movie/TV caricature series with horror movies, and since Halloween is coming up it’s a good time to stock up on your favorites! Horror movie illustrations include caricatures from The Cabin in the Woods, It, Beetlejuice, Gremlins, Army of Darkness, Dead Alive, Zombieland, and more! Make sure to visit my online store today to get your fix before Halloween.
Click the images to see your purchase options. My art is available as a print, a tapestry, or printed on tee shirts, mugs, pillows, rugs, iPhone cases, and much, much more. Every social media like and share is appreciated, too!
Top blog post for September 2015
My top blog post on Digital Tyrants for September 2015 was my answer to Pope Francis’ visit entitled Fuck the Pope. Yes, the title is meant as click-bait, and it worked beautifully. (I have a responsibility to my sponsors to try to draw in readers.) Many hanks to everyone who read it, whether you agree with me or not. Please note that I do not hate Catholics or even Pope Francis. I just have a few questions about Church history that I feel have not been adequately answered by the faithful. Click the link to read the article. Since I split my art updates from my blog site, I want to write about more controversial topics. Maybe wake people from their complacency. Thanks for reading, and Happy Halloween! What are you going to be? Let me know in the comments.
