BinaryGod website January 2016 update

Happy New Year! I hope 2015 treated you as well as it did me. Last year was BinaryGod’s best year to date, and I’m planning some new, exciting, and bigger things for 2016. One stop at a time, though. This is your monthly report, please dive right in!

Now Accepting Custom Orders!

The Christmas season was insane, in a good way. December 2015 was not only my top month to date in merch sales, but also in custom caricatures for clients. As such, I had to close down my submissions for a couple of weeks so: 1. I could get them all done in time for Christmas. 2. I wouldn’t burn out. (Thanks for the support!) The season is over now, and I’m taking submissions again. You can order a custom caricature of a family member, a pet, or a favorite celebrity here. I’ll illustrate whatever you’d like, contact me if you have a special request.

New Artwork for Sale

I’ll have a lot of new artwork for sale after my Anagram series is approved by my client. The project took a good chunk of my month and I’ll soon have twenty new pieces for you. That said, I don’t have anything new this month, so I’ll post a repeat of my new work from November. The first is a caricature of President Obama kissing his Nobel Peace Prize while ordering a drone strike. (Government logic: Private citizens killing American kids with guns is bad, but the president killing foreign kids with drones is fine. Don’t get me started; you can read my political stuff on my blog, here.) This illustration was for a client and it will appear as part of an art show soon (I hope). I’ll post the details when I get them. I was hoping to have the second in time for the release of the new James Bond movie, SPECTRE, but it wasn’t meant to be. However, it is available now and makes a great gift for the Bond fanatic in your life.

This artwork (and more) is available on tees, prints, tote bags, blankets, tapestries, pillows, and much more!

Top sellers for December 2015

Thanks so much to everyone who bought artwork for me for Christmas. December 2015 was my best month yet, by far. I’m overwhelmed at the support, and very grateful. My top seller for December (again) was my Plucky Droid laptop case. Did you see the new Star Wars? I did, and I wrote a review of it, here. My second place seller was another creature from a certain sci-fi franchise. I sold a bunch of Co-Pilot pieces on metal canvas. Make sure you get yours before they get taken down.

Top blog post for December 2015

politics My top blog post was a repeat. Lots of people talk politics at Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner. I’m happy to do so, but I won’t argue it on Facebook anymore. Read the post to find out why.

Thanks, as always, for reading! I hope you and yours have a blessed and prosperous 2016. Stay tuned to this site for art updates, sales, and more.

Got a suggestion?

Please drop me a line if you’d like to get in touch with me for any reason. I’m always taking illustration orders, so let’s chat!
